I called the personal coach Joy to have a session because I was going under anesthesia for a total knee replacement and needed to re organize my self before surgery I was feeling like overwhelmed and stressed out couldn’t sleep and we meet personally started an action plan and second time session was on zoom meeting it went really well I had completed most of my task I had originally planned along with coach Joy I took action cuz I had asked coach to hold me accountable and so she did she kept sending me text messages about chores I had forgotten my self and kept on working on my self for weeks did a revocable living trust along with advanced directives and just in case folder that I told my 3 young adults and husband about I had never been in a hospital I am 64 years old and yes I had 3 children naturally no anesthesia I was very balanced in every area spiritual emotional and physical $$$$$ before my surgery and after my surgery I was in pain and glad that I had done tons of stuff before cuz after surgery it’s hard to decluter etc. it was worth every penny what I paid in those coaching sessions I will call her again to work in other areas of my self knowing that coach Joy is very confidential amen
